1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LinkSpoof. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using LinkSpoof. However, by using our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute your content as part of the Service, including in promotional or contest-related materials.

5. Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right to moderate, disable, or remove any spoof links or content that violate these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion. We may also suspend or terminate your account without notice.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We reserve the right to delay or deny prize payouts pending verification of eligibility, identity, and compliance with contest rules. We are not responsible for any transaction fees, payment delays, or account issues related to PayPal, Venmo, or other third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkSpoof and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Contest Participation

LinkSpoof may offer optional contests or promotions where users can win cash or other prizes. Participation in any such contest is entirely voluntary and subject to separate Contest Terms & Rules. By opting into a contest, you agree to abide by its specific rules in addition to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to disqualify users or withhold prizes for any reason, including suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of the Contest Terms or these Terms of Service.
